BASIC 4×4 Matrix Mechanics

This video deals with an explanation of BASIC Matrix Mechanics.

The parts of the AutoXTen Compensation Plan which were not
covered on this video were:

1. The 50% Matching Bonus Earned in Matrix on 2 Levels

2. The Residual Income Payout on FREEDOM PHASE Unilevel 10 Levels

The idea here is to build a REAL BUSINESS by joining,
and MARKETING to generate sales. As you work with
your sales team and help them learn marketing and
generate sales, you earn passive leveraged income from
their efforts. The point is to work your business and
generate sales…

This is NOT a “casino” program or hyip game or ANY
type of “passive” program. This is a SALES business.

You do not come in and do NOTHING… and “wait for it to work”
before you decide to “work it.”

(because that severely hurts the people who thought
enough of you to invite you here)

That is a biz op JUNKIE’s mindset.

Something for NOTHING does not fly here and
people with that mindset are URGED (I’m begging you actually)
to bark up another tree. I do NOT WANT YOU on my team.

That would HURT the people who chose
to join us for all the right reasons!

WE LOVE PEOPLE… but no program is “right” for everyone.
Certain “mindsets” can destroy great team synergy, and
by attracting the right kind of people we will actually
be HELPING GREATLY to attract some HIGH QUALITY DOERS
into YOUR TEAM too, which helps you earn more and faster.

Notice I’ve said absolutely NOTHING about “spillover.”

Does it exist?

YES. I work my butt off to generate sales…
They spill down to my team.

It’s a BEAUTIFUL thing to see you HARD WORK
actually filter down and HELP other people.

to generate many many sales so you can feel what

But people who ONLY look and focus on “spill” usually
also have a “do nothing” – “lottery ticket” mentality and
their LACK of drive, and effort negatively impacts my
teammates…

(no, not all of them… but enough of them to make
this statement…)

I HATE to promote “spillover.”

I LOVE to promote, LETS WORK TOGETHER
and MAXIMIZE THE LEVERAGE BUILT INTO
THIS COMP PLAN!

I LOVE TEAM LEVERAGE… forget about spill…
that’s amateur land compared to what DUPLICATION
can do for you…

I focus on a simple concept:

1. We have KICK BUTT products at a stupid cheap price.

2. Entrepreneur’s usually DON’T complain about getting to work.

3. I prefer LEVERAGED comp plans. Any spill, matching bonuses
or any other comp plan leverage “perks” are icing on the cake
but I DO NOT FOCUS ON THAT. AMATEURS DO. That’s why
they constantly fail, cry, but keep hopping into more biz ops…

(that is an addiction)

4. I want serious DOERS and ACTION TAKERS to work with.
Because THEY will help YOU earn faster and help more people.

(anything else is a serious waste of time in a $150 program)

5. The REAL beauty of this program is in TEAM WORK
and in EVERYONE working their FACE OFF to generate
their first 4 sales as fast as possible. Period.

(because this will help you earn more… faster
and it will be more sustainable)

But that’s just me… I choose to accept reality and WIN.

So I’m ONLY looking for others that want to WIN, not whine.

(no matter how “right” you may be, whining is not sexy
and people will be repelled by you when you do it)

It’s a $150 ONE TIME to purchase my entire product package.

There is a $10 option too where you can parlay your own
sales earnings and work your way up the pay plan.

The $10 was created for people who LOVE to review
“business opportunities” but say they have “no money.”

This helps them get in the game without losing their shirt.

That’s 100% FINE, however if you ask me… I’d do whatever
I could to purchase the $150 full product package for more
training and education and so that you’re ALL IN and have
some skin in the game…

$150… one time… let’s not treat it as if it was $1500.

You’re thinking of starting a BUSINESS, right?

If $150 is a big “issue” in your life right now…
I plead with you to consider that reality as a
gigantic reason why you should get serious
about learning how to improve your ability
to EARN INCOME…

Seriously, please read that in the proper context,
I really say it in a GIGANTIC effort to help you change
and improve your situation…

TRULY… if you’re at THIS point in your life and
$150 dollars is a “big issue” then let’s PLEASE
allow us to teach you how to learn to earn more
income so that a $150 “situation” is such a big deal…

You deserve BETTER. We can help you get there.

But

ONLY if you’re ready to help yourself and if you
are coachable, realistic and willing to make some
changes in your current mindset, habits and level
of personal discipline. Anything less will HURT our
other teammates… we think of OTHERS and not
just ourselves… you should to.

Anything short of that, is “half assing” life and that’s
just a way of disrespecting and cheating YOURSELF
out of what you’re truly capable of doing.

I’ve done my job.

I do it with the full intention of trying to
MOVE you into doing whatever you can do
to help change and improve your life.

This is like me, having a heart to heart conversation
with my own brother… in love… I would tell him the
same exact thing… it’s the ONLY way people actually
make some changes… it has to be FELT, not “pitched.”

It’s your decision… you are the boss.

In this business we get paid to MOVE people.

In or out… it’s all good to us, we’ll be here tomorrow
but just make a decision and MOVE yourself through
life. We choose to take FULL OWNERSHIP of our decisions
and of our own life paths… we invite you to do the same.

We choose to NOT make excuses… because AMATEURS do.

We choose to call a spade a spade because it wastes less time.

We choose NOT to coddle people because that DESTROYS them.

We LOVE to teach, train and coach people to make
the adjustments in their lives and skill sets so THEY
learn how to fish for themselves and find abundant seas…

We DO NOT teach “dependence” or “entitlement” – our
society has that disease all over the place already, we don’t
want it in here… it DOESN’T WORK!

We choose to use tough love because if it works in the
MARINE CORPS it works ANYWHERE people are courageous
enough to be brutally honest with each other.

We are here to help UNLOCK and CHANGE people
so that they can create whatever they truly want
in their lives… step one is to be brutally honest
with each other and tell it like it is, in a spirit of
and with the intention of mentoring people to
positive change.

That’s who “we” are… and that’s what we believe in
and we seek to attract only LIKE MINDED people.

We are building this business AGGRESSIVELY.
We’d love to have you on our platoon
